Reasons why it it not best to DO IT YOURSELF - Are you insured?

Why do folk decorate their wedding venue when they could get companies like us here at Best-Dressed-Events to do it for them.

There are so many reasons why the DIY option is not the best idea!

1.    The biggest and most important reason is “What happens if something goes wrong?” If you place something electrical which has not been PAT tested and it starts a fire. Are you covered by insurance? Suppose someone trips over a lead you have left, do you have insurance to cover any  injury or damage.  Are you trained in Health and Safety, are your team?

We carry full insurance, and our team are all properly trained, supervised and uniformed when carrying out their duties.

 There are other reasons, not quite as important as the one above, but very well worthy of consideration

2.     I was talking to someone the other day who is still trying to find anyone who will pay £250 for LOVE letters 4 feet tall.  They spent the money, used the letters and now have to store them, and recover the money spent on them. We have a set of LOVE letters, which we will bring and takeaway again, so only a very small expenditure and ALL the subsequent aggravation and bother is taken away right at the busiest time for the happy couple.  There are so many people who spend unnecessary money buying things we already have, and then get stuck with them.  Give Best-Dressed-Events a call we can help you.

3.    I have  been a guest at weddings where the bride,  groom  , and or some of their friends have to put up all the decoration before the start of the party, which can take hours, and then take it all down again once it it all done.  Not the way I would like to party.  Let someone else do it for you.

4.    If you are concerned about if the supplier has the right colours, or maybe enough of each item to do what you want, ask them.  If we haven’t, there are lots of other companies we know, that we can make a plan with  and solve the problem.  Like a lot of companies our web-site is not big enough to show everything we have but we do have a lot so make that call.

5.    Is it possible to make a wonderful venue look even better?  We can, we have decorated most of our local venues and really make then look amazing. We can do the same for you.  

Before you ask for someone to help you, check out the insurance.  It really does make sense.
